Every purchase is completed on Amazon. When you choose Buy on Amazon, you check out there with your own Amazon account, and Amazon takes payment using the methods it accepts.

Prices on Moktic are shown in US dollars. The price, sales tax (calculated from your shipping address) and availability at Amazon checkout are what apply, and they can differ from what you see here.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout, including Prime delivery where it’s available.

Amazon emails you an order confirmation, then tracking details once your order ships. You can follow it anytime in Your Orders on Amazon.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging.

Start a return from Your Orders on Amazon. Amazon refunds your original payment method once it receives the item. If you need help with a return, email us at support@moktic.com.

If something arrives damaged, defective or different from its description, email us at support@moktic.com with your Amazon order number and a photo, and we’ll help you sort it out. Your purchase is also protected by Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee.

We collect only what we need to run your account and send the emails you ask for. We never sell or rent your personal information.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, your email address and your password, which is stored only as a secure hash. If you sign in with email links, we don’t store a password at all.
• Sign-in sessions: the IP address and browser of each signed-in session, to keep your account secure.
• Email preferences: whether you’ve unsubscribed from our messages.

We never receive your payment details, shipping address or order history. Those stay with Amazon, and Amazon’s privacy notice covers them.

How we use it

• To sign you in and protect your account, including limiting repeated sign-in attempts.
• To send account emails, such as confirmation links, sign-in links and password resets.
• To send occasional emails about new products. Each one has an unsubscribe link that works in one click.

Who processes it

A few providers help us run the store: Supabase hosts our database, Resend delivers our emails, and our hosting provider serves the site. They process data only to provide these services to us.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our messages at any time. To see, correct or delete your account data, email us at support@moktic.com. Moktic isn’t intended for children under 13.

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: sign-in cookies keep you signed in, and a language cookie remembers your language. Your light or dark theme choice is saved on your device. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no third-party trackers on this site.

When you follow a link to Amazon, Amazon’s own cookie policy applies there.

Moktic shows products we sell on Amazon. We work to keep descriptions, photos and prices accurate, but the Amazon listing at checkout is what applies.

Purchases are made on Amazon and governed by Amazon’s Conditions of Use and Sale. You’re responsible for keeping your Moktic account secure, and we may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

The site’s content and design belong to Moktic. Amazon, Prime and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

We may update these policies from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
